EUROSTAR SERVICES
Eurostar has a good quality of service that provides you with anything you need to make your trip a relaxing journey. Each train has maximum of fifteen attendants who are specially hired and trained for catering to your every need while onboard Eurostar. They are recognizable by their Eurostar uniforms that were created by French designer Balmain. All of them speak English fluently. All Eurostar trains are non-smoking. Three kinds of seating available are as follows:
Standard class includes:
• Fast serving Combo Snacks for sale from the bar buffet and cart
• A food cart service
• An exciting kid's pack consists of reusable drawstring bag, 2 magazines, a pack of colored felt-tip pens and a game, which will be given by Disney cast members at the Disney Express Counter
• Special areas where children can play
First class includes:
• Wide reclining seat
• Complimentary daily newspaper
• Complimentary cold snack served at their seat on both legs of the journey that consists of 2 filled bread rolls, 1 snack bar, 1 piece of fruit, 1 fruit juice drink, a Disney cup and napkin - all package in a jointly branded Disney/Eurostar box
• Brunch menus from 9:30 until 11 a.m.
• Afternoon meal: passengers are offered a choice between hot main course and cold lighter option, cheese and a selection of cakes
• A gourmet meal served at your seat that is included in the ticket price. You may use Eurostar special meal request form if you want to order a special meal
• A first class seat gets you a hot meal served at your seat and a flute of champagne if you would like to
Premium First Class includes:
• Twenty-seven seats in a dedicated car
• Fast lane check in
• Wide reclining seats
• Complimentary drinks and daily newspapers
• Complimentary cold snack served at their seat on both legs of the journey that consists of 2 filled bread rolls, 1 snack bar, 1 piece of fruit, 1 fruit juice drink, a Disney cup and napkin - all package in a jointly branded Disney/Eurostar box

• Access to Gare du Nord's and Waterloo station's executive lounges, Eurostar lounges in Ashford
• Free taxi service from your arrival point to any city destination. Complimentary taxi transfer in Paris or London - free transfer must be pre-reserved at departure station, always check with Eurostar personnel in the lounge
On Board Dining
The bar cars carry a large selection of snacks and drinks and four public phones are available. Eurostar trains have dedicated areas for people in wheelchairs and special restrooms. Terminals are equipped with elevators and moving walkways. You will check in through the automated gates if you have magnetic stripe ticket to ensure total comfort and security during the journey. If you don't have, you will present your non-magnetic ticket at one of the check in booths. You need to proceed to security and passport control before being able to enjoy the boarding area amenities. Finally, you will board the train and go to your designated car and seat.
